摘要:以油茶籽为原料,先粉碎,再酶解,通过正交试验考察提取油茶籽油的最佳条件。结果表明:在4种酶制剂的比较中,果胶酶的作用效果最显著,淀粉酶和纤维素酶次之,β-葡聚糖酶最弱;影响果胶酶酶解油茶籽提油的因素主次顺序为果胶酶用量>酶解温度>酶解时间>料液比;果胶酶提取油茶籽油的最佳条件为果胶酶用量2%、酶解时间4 h、酶解温度40℃、料液比1∶6、p H 4.5,在此条件下油茶籽的提油率为85.78%。
The optimal aqueous enzymatic extraction conditions of oil from grinding Camellia oleifera seed were studied by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the effect of pectinase was the most significant,followed by amylase,cellulose and β-glycanase. The sequence of the factors influencing aqueous enzymatic extraction of oil from Camellia oleifera seed by pectinase from high to low was: pectinase dosage,hydrolysis temperature,hydrolysis time and ratio of material to liquid. The optimal extraction conditions of Camellia oleifera seed oil were obtained as follows: pectinase dosage 2%,hydrolysis time 4h,hydrolysis temperature 40 ℃,ratio of material to liquid 1∶ 6,p H 4. 5. Under these conditions,the oil extraction rate of Camellia oleifera seed was 85. 78%.
