摘要:为了解塔拉豆荚、种子的形态变异,研究了不同产地以及各产地内不同塔拉个体豆荚和种子的形态特征,并分析单荚饱满种子数与豆荚形态特征、种子千粒重与豆荚及种子形态特征的相关性。结果表明:在塔拉的适生范围内,海拔对塔拉的形态变异影响不大,不同产地间形态变异较小,主要变异存在于产地内和单株间;并且豆荚的形态指标较为稳定,种子的形态指标变异较大。饱满种子和豆荚的形态指标(除单荚重外)相关性不大,但种子千粒重和种子的形态指标均有一定的正相关性。
The morphological parameters of pod and seed in different producing area and each area were studied, and the correlation on fully developed seeds each pod and pod morphological feature, thousand seed weight and morphological feature of pod and seed to understand the morphological variation of pod and seed in Tara (Caesalpinia spinosa). Results indicated that altitude had little effect on morphological variation for Tara (Caesalpinia spinosa) in its suitable areas, variation was less among different area, mainly variation occurred in individual area and plant. Besides, the morphological parameter of pod was stable but seed had large variation. There was little correlation on fully developed seed and pod morphological parameter (exclude individual pod weight), but there was positive correlation on both seed thousand weight and seed morphological parameter.
