摘要:根据塔拉单宁的化学结构与特性,参照五倍子磺化单宁的加工工艺,用铁盐代替铬盐,研制出了无铬塔拉磺化单宁。结果表明:塔拉磺化单宁的加工工艺可行,质量达到或超过行业标准;添加量为0.5%或2.0%时的降黏率无明显差异;在180℃下,淡水浆降黏率为78.4%~93.2%,平均为88.70%,盐水浆降黏率最高达91.0%,平均为84.54%;在200~220℃下,淡水和盐水基浆平均降黏率分别为95.10%和84.90%。
A chrome-free sulfonate tannin of tara,SMT-T,was developed based on the chemical structure and characteristics of tara tannin,by reference to the manufacturing techniques of gallic tannin.Iron salt was used instead of the chrome salt in the manufacturing.The experiments showed that the manufacturing techniques were feasible,and the quality of the product prepared approached or even exceeded the quality of similar products currently in use.The performance of the product as a thinner showed no difference when the concentration of the product was 0.5% or 2.0%.The percent rates of viscosity reduction at 180 ℃ were 78.4%-93.2%,with an average of 88.70% for fresh water base muds,and 91.0%(maximum) and 84.54%(average) for saltwater muds.At 200-220 ℃,the average percent rates of viscosity reduction were 95.10% for fresh water base muds and 84.90% for saltwater muds,respectively.
