摘要:本文首先详细介绍了板栗苞的活性成分,主要包括原儿茶酸、莽草酸、没食子酸、鞣花酸衍生物等酚类,山奈酚、槲皮素、芦丁等黄酮类,谷甾醇等甾体三萜类,胡萝卜苷等苷类,水杨酸、绿原酸等有机酸,芳香族化合物木质素,以及半乳糖醛酸、鼠李糖、阿拉伯糖、半乳糖、葡萄糖、核糖等多糖类;然后重点介绍了板栗苞多酚和多糖的提取与检测方法,以及板栗苞提取物表现出的抗氧化、抑菌消炎、降血糖及血脂、抗肿瘤等生物活性;最后总结了板栗苞在林产品工业、食品工业、纺织工业、化妆品行业、农业生产行业和医药行业等领域中的应用,并提出当前面临的问题及改进策略,为板栗苞废弃物资源高值化利用提供基础。
In this paper,the active components of chestnut buds were introduced in detail,including protocatechuic acid,shikimic acid,gallic acid,ellagic acid derivatives and other phenols,flavonoids such as kaempferol,quercetin,rutin,sterol and other steroidal triterpenoids,carotenin and other glycosides,salicylic acid,chlorogenic acid and other organic acids,aromatic compounds lignin,and galacturonic acid,rhamnose,arabinose,galactose,glucose,ribose and other polysaccharides.Then,the extraction and detection methods of polyphenols and polysaccharides from chestnut bud,as well as the biological activities of chestnut bud extracts,such as antioxidant,antibacterial and anti-inflammatory,hypoglycemic and blood lipid,and anti-tumor were introduced.Finally,the application of chestnut bud in the fields of forest products industry,food industry,textile industry,cosmetics industry,agricultural production industry and pharmaceutical industry was summarized,and the current problems and improvement strategies were put forward to provide the basis for the high-value utilization of chestnut bud waste resources.
