摘要：针对目前昆虫细胞库日常维护工作中在数据和资料管理上的不足,使用Microsoft Visual Basic 2005软件开发工具与Microsoft SQL Server2005数据库管理系统等工具构建了一套昆虫细胞库管理系统。本系统的主要任务是实现各种实验数据的集中管理,并为使用者提供实用的工具,方便这些数据的采集和处理。其主要功能有:细胞系基本信息的管理、照片管理、文献管理、核型分析、细胞冻存与复苏操作、生长曲线绘制等,具有功能全面、操作简便、直观,实用等特点。采用数据库管理系统大大提高了细胞库的管理水平,为昆虫细胞系库的长期有效管理奠定基础。
An insect cell bank management system was established using Microsoft Visual Basic 2005 and SQL Server 2005 in order to overcome the deficiency of management in insect cell bank. Its main task is to realize centralized management of experimental data, and provide practical utilities for the user to make data acquisition and processing easier. The major functions of the system include basic information management of cell lines, image management, document management, karyotype analysis, cell cryopreservation and anabiosis operation, drawing of cell growth curve, and etc. It was well established for its powerful functions and flexible operations. The development of this system gives a powerful boost to the management standards of cell bank and lays foundation for long-term effectively management of the insect cell lines bank.
