摘要:以马蓝靛膏为原料,干燥成靛蓝粗提取物,以靛蓝提取率和含量为指标,考察酸化剂种类、料液比、反应温度、加酸量、反应时间等单因素对靛蓝粗提取物的影响;采用正交试验优化酸化工艺,制备高含量靛蓝提取物。通过灰分、热重、钙含量对比分析靛蓝粗提取物与产品理化性质,结果表明,酸化工艺最佳条件为:20%盐酸为酸化剂,料液比1︰15,反应温度80℃,加酸量70 mL,反应时间30 min,得到靛蓝含量35%以上靛蓝提取物。通过对比分析靛蓝粗提取物与产品理化性质,粗提取物和产品灰分由49.53%降低到13.35%,热重分析残留质量由67.99%降低到41.65%,通过ICP-AES进行钙含量分析,钙含量由12.26%降低到3.65%,靛蓝提取物品质得到明显改善,将拓展其医药、化妆品及草木染行业应用。
Taking indigo paste as raw material, it was dried into indigo crude extract. The product content and the extraction rate of indigo were taken as indexes.The effects of acidifier type, solid-liquid ratio, reaction temperature, acid content and reaction time on indigo crude extract were investigated;The acidification process was optimized by orthogonal experiment to prepare indigo extract with high content. The physical and chemical properties of Indigo crude extract and products were compared and analyzed by ash content, thermogravimetric and calcium content. The results showed that the optimum conditions of acidification process were as follows: 20 % hydrochloric acid as acidifier, solid-liquid ratio of 1︰15, reaction temperature of 80 ℃, acid amount of 70 mL, reaction time of 30 min, The content of indigo extract was more than 35 %, which reached the international industrial standard of indigo dyeing for vegetation and trees. After the comparative analysis of the physical and chemical properties of Indigo crude extract and products, the ash content of Indigo crude extract decreased from 49.53 % to 13.35 %, the residual mass of the raw materials decreased from 67.99 % to 41.65 % by thermogravimetric analysis, and the calcium content was analyzed by ICP-AES, and the calcium content decreased from 12.26 % to 3.65 %.The quality of indigo extract has been improved obviously, which will expand its application in medicine, cosmetics and plant dyeing industry.
