摘要:通过园区现场试验研究了不同浓度N-(2-氯-4-吡啶基)-N′-苯基脲(CPPU)处理对中华猕猴桃(Ac-tinidia Chinensis Planch)生长和营养品质的影响。结果表明:猕猴桃单果重随处理浓度增加而上升,其中20 mg.L-1处理上升最显著,但果实硬度随处理浓度增加而下降;5 mg.L-1处理使猕猴桃果形指数、可溶性糖和可滴定酸含量与对照相比上升,维生素C(Vc)和β-胡萝卜素含量达到处理中最高水平,可溶性固性物、固酸比和糖酸与对照相比下降;20 mg.L-1处理使猕猴桃可溶性总糖和可滴定酸含量达到最高,但β-胡萝卜素含量、维生素C含量和固酸比、糖酸比均显著低于其他处理。因此,低浓度CPPU处理能增加中华猕猴桃单果重的同时,也提高它的营养品质,高浓度CP-PU虽然增加中华猕猴桃果重,但降低了果实的营养品质。
Effect of different concentrations(0,5,10,20 mg·L^(-1)) of CPPU(N-(2-choro-4-pyridyl)-N′-Phenylurea) on growth and nutritional quality of Actinidia Chinensis Planch were investigated in this assay.The results were as follows: single fruit weight increased with the increase of concentrations of CPPU,while fruit hardness declined.Compared with the control(0),the index of fruit shape,amount of soluble sugar(SS) and titratable acidity(TA) increased,while,the content of soluble solid substance(SST),SS/TA and SST/TA decreased,the amount of β-carotene and vitamin C reached their summit under the treatment of 5 mg·L^(-1)CPPU.Under the treatment of 20 mg·L^(-1) CPPU,the content of soluble sugar and titratable acidity of Actinidia Chinensis Planch significantly increased and were the highest among all the treatments,but the amount of β-carotene,vitamin C,SS/TA and SST/TA dramatically declined.These results indicated that lower concentration of CPPU(5 mg·L^(-1)) could not only stimulate the growth of Actinidia Chinensis Planch but also improve the nutritional quality;while,at higher concentration of CPPU(20 mg·L^(-1)),the single fruit weight increased,but the nutritional quality of Actinidia Chinensis Planch dropped.
