摘要:综述了国内外合成麝香类大环内酯的几种典型合成方法,并重点介绍利用三聚氯氰、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺二新戊基乙缩醛及4-二甲氨基吡啶氧化物等高效催化剂催化紫胶桐酸酯化环合得到相关麝香类大环内酯的方法。同时,还阐述了可将其应用于工业化生产的聚合/解聚合成路线。通过比较了各方法的优缺点,期望为紫胶桐酸在合成麝香的应用领域提供参考。最后指出了通过寻求高效催化剂能够避免高温高真空等较为苛刻的操作条件,这是紫胶桐酸合成麝香类大环内酯未来研究的重要方向。
Several typical synthetic methods of musk macrolide were reviewed,and focuses on related musk macrolide compounds were obtained from aleuritic acid by esterification method which used efficient catalysts of cyanuric chloride,N,N-dimethylformamide dineopentyl acetal and 4-dimethylaminopyridine Noxide. At the same time,polymerization / depolymerization synthetic route can be applied to the industrialized production. It may provide some reference for aleuritic acid in the field of application of synthetic musk. Finally it is pointed that searching efficient catalysts has becoming research directions of aleuritic acid for synthesis of musk macrolide in the future.
