摘要:以青脆李为试验材料 ,用不同的天然涂膜保鲜剂处理 ,研究青脆李生理代谢及贮藏品质的变化。结果表明 :在常温 ( 2 0~ 2 5℃ )、相对湿度 45 %~ 65 %条件下 ,3种涂膜处理方法都能降低青脆李在贮藏期间的呼吸强度 ,减少水分的损失 ,保持较高的Vc、有机酸及可溶性固形物含量。其中涂膜处理Ⅲ效果明显 ,青脆李贮藏 2 5d后 ,失水率仅为 1 2 5 %,好果率仍然高达 70 2 5 %,Vc 1 1μg/g ,有机酸 1 96%,固形物 8 5 %,而对照贮藏 6d后已失去商品价值。
Prunus salicina L was treated by different natural coating preservation agents The changes of its physiological metabolism and storage quality were studied The results show that the respiration intensity and water loss of Prunus salicina L during storage period can be reduced. High contents of Vc, organic acids and soluble solids can be maintained under the condition of common temperature (20~25℃) and relative humidity of 45%~65% Especially with Treatment Ⅲ, the water loss was only 12 5%, the good fruit rate was 70 25%, the contents of Vc, organic acids and soluble solids were 0 11?m?g/100g, 1 96% and 8 5% after a 25 day storage period, whereas the comparative untreated lost its commercial value after a 6 day storage period
