摘要:[目的]研究桐花树活体枝叶的自然挥发物成分组成状况。[方法]对其幼苗无花枝叶及成年无花、开花、带果枝叶的挥发物进行动态顶空密闭循环吸附捕集,经全自动热脱附-气相色谱/质谱(ATD-GC/MS)联用技术分析。[结果]各检测样的总体挥发物组成相对简单,其优势成分为萜烯类化合物,约60%或70%以上均为α-蒎烯,而β-水芹烯、β-蒎烯等其他萜烯也具有较高含量,体现出良好的"森林浴"主体物质"芬多精"功效。此外,随着果实的出现,其挥发物中的辛酸、壬酸等果酸类香气成分也显著增加,合计可占挥发物总量的10%以上。[结论]由于该树种挥发物的健康、无毒、无刺激特性,符合沿海植被"芳香化"的发展趋势,因此可进一步开发利用为嗅觉安全、良好的游憩类海景林并作为精油、空气清新剂等产品的原料。
[Objective] To discuss the composition of natural volatiles from Aegiceras comiculatum. [Method]Juvenile branch without flowers and adult branches with / without flowers and with fruits were taken for volatile collections. By sampling of dynamic head-space adsorption within a close and air circular system and analyzing of auto thermal-desorption gas chromatography / mass spectrometry( ATD-GC / MS),the chemical composition was achieved. [Result] Each sample was relatively simple in chemical constituents. Among terpenes,the predominant compounds,about over 60% or 70% of the total volatile percentage was α-pinene. And it was also rich in contents of β-phellandrene and β-pinene. Such effect of pythoncidere,the core substance in green-air-bath,was well exhibited. Some fruit acids such as octanoic acid and nonanoic acid raised as the growth of fruits,reaching to the total content more than 10% among the volatiles. [Conclusion] For the features of health,non-toxic and non-irritating,A. comiculatum was a good choice for fragrant creation with seashore vegetations. It could be developed as odor safe vegetation along seashore and new resources for essential oil,air freshener and other products.
