摘要:以李子为实验材料 ,用不同的中草药杀剂涂膜保鲜处理 ,研究李子生理代谢及贮藏品质的变化。结果表明 :在常温 (2 0~ 2 5℃ ) ,相对湿度 4 5 %~ 6 5 %条件下 ,3种涂膜处理都能降低李子的呼吸强度 ,减少水分的损失 ,保持较高的Vc、有机酸及可溶性固形物含量。特别是用C - 3处理过的李子在贮藏 2 5d后 ,失水率仅为 12 .5 % ,好果率仍然高达 70 .2 5 % ,Vc :1.1μg/g,有机酸 1.96 % ,固形物 8.5 % ,而对照贮藏 6d后已失去商品价值。
Prunus salicina L. was treated with different coating preservation agents of Chinese medicinal herb antibacterial. The changes of its physiological metabolism and storage quality were studied. The results showed that the respiration intensity and the water loss of Prunus salicina L. reduced during storage period, while high contents of Vc, organic acids and soluble solids maintained under the condition of common temperature (20~25 ℃) and relative humidity of 45%~65%. Especially for treatment C-3, the water loss was only 12.5%, the good fruit rate was 70.25%, and the contents of Vc, organic acids and soluble solids were 1.1 μg/g, 1.96% and 8.5%, respectively after a 25-day-storage period, while those untreated lost their commercial value after a 6-day-storage period.
