摘要:【目的】探究酿酒酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)对双斑蟋(Gryllus bimaculatus De Geer)生长性能及其肠道细菌的影响。【方法】对比以基础饲料和添加酿酒酵母饲料为食的双斑蟋的生长发育指标,并选出酿酒酵母的最优添加量组;对最优组与对照组个体分别进行肠道细菌分析,对比两组之间的菌群分布特点,找出差异菌群。【结果】(1)饲料中添加不同密度的酿酒酵母均可提高双斑蟋的成虫取食量和平均质量,且添加量为5×10^(4) CFU/g时效果最明显。(2)双斑蟋食用添加酿酒酵母的饲料后,肠道菌群与对照组相比差异显著,拟杆菌门(Bacteroidota)转变为高丰度菌群,推测可能是酿酒酵母有益于该门菌群繁衍。(3)PICRUSt2功能预测表明:试验组双斑蟋肠道内与氨基酸代谢和核苷酸代谢有关的细菌群落相对丰度显著高于对照组,但与信号转导和膜转运相关的细菌群落相对丰度较低。【结论】双斑蟋食用添加酿酒酵母的饲料后,可在一定程度上改善其取食量和平均质量,并提高机体肠道内细菌的α多样性及细菌群落的代谢能力。
[Purpose]To explore the effects of Saccharomyces cerevisiae on the growth perform-ance and intestinal bacterium of Gryllus bimaculatus De Geer.[Method]Compared the growth and development indicators of G.bimaculatus fed on basic feed and feed supplemented with S.ces-cerevisiae,and the optimal addition group was selected.The optimal group and the control group were respectively analyzed for intestinal bacterium,and the distribution characteristics of the flora between the two groups were compared to find out the difference.[Results]1)Adding different densities of S.cerevisiae in the diet could improve the feeding amount and average weight of adult crickets,and the effect was most obvious when adding concentration of 5×10^(4) CFU/g.2)In the group feeding on the diet supplemented with probiotic,Bacteroidota in the intestinal tract of crickets turned into a high abundance of bacteria,which might be attributed to the nutrition from S.cerevisiae.3)The functional prediction of PICRUSt2 indicated that the relative abundance of bacterial communities re-lated to amino acid metabolism and nucleotide metabolism in the gut of the treatment group was signi-ficantly higher than that of the control group,but the relative abundance of bacterial communities re-lated to signal transduction and membrane transport was lower.[Conclusion]After eating the feed supplemented with S.cerevisiae,the growth index of the average body weight and feeding amount of G.bimaculatus can be improved to a certain extent,and the alpha diversity and metabolic capacity of bacterial community in the intestinal tract of the crickets are also increased.
