摘要:采用快速离子交联法制备了以海藻酸钠(SA)、油茶皂素(CS)、羧甲基壳聚糖(CMCS)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)为主要原料的CS-SA-CMCS-PVA水凝胶复合保鲜膜,并对其化学结构、微观形貌、力学性能、吸水性能、保水性能和保鲜性能进行了表征。研究结果表明:添加CS、CMCS、PVA使SA膜产生晶体结构,改善了膜结构。生成的CS-SA-CMCS-PVA膜的孔径减小,结构紧密,稳定性提升。水凝胶中各组分之间的氢键作用及SA与Ca^(2+)之间的离子相互作用赋予CS-SA-CMCS-PVA膜优异的力学性能。与SA膜相比,CS-SA-CMCS-PVA膜的抗压强度提高了2.71 MPa,拉伸强度提升了0.41 MPa。与SA膜相比,CS-SA-CMCS-PVA膜的溶胀率由68.09%降至39.31%;CS-SA-CMCS-PVA膜的保湿率由7.07%升至40.75%。与未涂膜杨梅相比,贮藏第7天时,经CS-SA-CMCS-PVA成膜液涂膜的杨梅质量损失率由37.13%降至12.47%,腐烂率由87.50%降至25.00%,可滴定酸质量分数由0.39%升至0.45%。
A composite preservation film derived from CS-SA-CMCS-PVA hydrogel was prepared by the method of quick ion crosslink using sodium alginate(SA),camellia oleifera saponin(CS),carboxymethyl chitosan(CMCS)and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)as starting materials,and its chemical structure,microstructure,mechanical properties,water absorption properties,water retention properties and preservation properties were characterized.The results showed that the addition of CS,CMCS and PVA made the SA film produces crystal structure and improved its structure.The pore size of the generated CS-SA-CMCS-PVA film decreased,the structure was compact and the stability was improved.The hydrogen bond interaction between each component in the hydrogel and the ion interaction between SA and Ca^(2+)endow the CS-SA-CMCS-PVA film with excellent mechanical properties.Compared with SA film,the compression performance of CS-SA-CMCS-PVA film increased by 2.71 MPa,and the tensile strength increased by 0.41 MPa.Compared with SA membrane,the swelling ratio of CS-SA-CMCS-PVA membrane decreased from 68.09%to 39.31%.The moisture retention rate of CS-SA-CMCS-PVA film increased from 7.07%to 40.75%.Compared with uncoated bayberry,the mass loss rate of bayberry coated with CS-SA-CMCS-PVA film-forming solution decreased from 37.13%to 12.47%,the decay rate decreased from 87.50%to 25.00%,and the titratable acid content increased from 0.39%to 0.45%on the 7th day of storage.
