摘要:采用电感耦合等离子质谱法检测油茶籽及其压榨油和饼粕中12种金属元素含量,并结合主成分分析、正交偏最小二乘差别分析等多元分析,研究3种制油工艺(液压压榨、双螺杆压榨和索氏浸提)对油茶籽中金属元素的迁移的影响。结果显示,油茶籽中含有丰富的金属元素,而K元素含量最高达9431μg/g;制油工艺能影响油茶籽油中微量元素和重金属的含量,对迁移率影响从大到小顺序为索氏提取>双螺杆压榨>液压压榨;油茶籽中的金属元素主要转移到了饼粕中,油中金属元素迁移量较少,索氏提炼的油中微量金属元素、重金属含量高于其余2种压榨油;不同制油工艺主要影响油茶籽油中Ca、Mg、Na、Mn、As元素含量,对Fe元素含量影响最小,且油中Ca、Mg、Na、Mn含量呈显著正相关,而As与它们呈负相关。
In order to investigate the effects of three oil extraction methods(hydraulic pressing,twin-screw pressing,and Soxhlet leaching)on the migration of metal elements from Camellia oleifera seeds,inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was established to detect the contents of 12 metal elements in Camellia oleifera seeds,Camellia oleifera oil and pressed seed cake,and the obtained data were analyzed by principal component analysis,orthogonal partial least squares difference analysis and other multivariate analysis.The results indicated that,Camellia oleifera seeds were rich in metal elements,while the highest content of elemental K reached 9431μg/g;the oil extraction methods can affect the content of trace elements and heavy metals in Camellia oleifera seed oil,and the order of influence was Soxhlet leaching>twin-screw pressing>hydraulic pressing;the metallic elements in the Camellia oleifera seeds were mainly transferred to the pressed seed cake,and the amount of metallic elements in the oil migrated less;the content of trace metal elements and heavy metals in Soxhlet refined oil was higher than those in the other two oils;the oil extraction methods mainly affected the elemental content of Ca,Mg,Na,Mn and As in camellia seed oil,and had the least effect on the elemental content of Fe.However,there was a significant positive correlation between the Ca,Mg,Na,and Mn contents in the oil,but a negative correlation between As and them.
