摘要：概述了胭脂虫红色素加工与应用的国内外研究现状及发展趋势,评述了胭脂虫红色素的常规提取和醇提取、物理场强化提取,胭脂虫红色素膜精制方法;介绍了胭脂虫红色素在食品、化学检测及其在其他领域的应用,展望了胭脂虫红色素加工技术及应用研究的方向。
The trend in refined technology of cochineal red pigment process is reviewed in this paper, including the extraction with water and alcohol and microwave-assisted and ultrasound-assisted extraction of cochineal red pigment. The refined methods of cochineal red pigment and the utilization of cochineal red pigment in food, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics field also are discussed.
