摘要:为了评估不同繁养季节对我国引进的胭脂虫(Dactylopius coccus Costa)虫体化学组分的影响,测定了胭脂虫干虫体色素、灰分、蛋白质以及其它化学组分的质量分数。结果显示,春夏、夏秋和秋冬3代胭脂虫干虫体内四氯化碳提取物质量分数分别为8.34%、7.69%、6.57%,乙醇提取物质量分数分别为5.20%、3.50%、8.21%,石油醚提取物质量分数分别为1.21%、1.07%、0.85%,总蛋白质质量分数分别为49.35%、55.02%、50.22%,胭脂红酸质量分数分别为18.00%、17.66%、19.42%,色素质量分数差异不显著,不溶性聚糖的质量分数为13.19%、8.79%、8.36%,总灰分质量分数为3.63%、4.34%、4.96%。虽然不同世代胭脂虫各组分有所差异,但胭脂红酸质量分数均较高,不同世代之间差异不显著,因此,3代胭脂虫均可作为生产加工胭脂虫红色素的原料。
An experiment was conducted to assess the difference in chemical composition of cochineal insect (Dactylopius coccus Costa) between different generations. The contents of carminic acid, ash, protein and other chemical compositions of dry cochineal insects of different generations were determined. The contents of carbon tetrachloride extract, ethanol extract, petroleum ether extract, total protein, carminic acid, insoluble polysaccharide and ash in the dry cochineal insects cultivated in spring-summer were 8.34%, 5.20% , 1.21%, 49.35%, 18.00% , 13.19% and 3.63% respectively; those in the dry cochineal insects cultivated in summer-autumn were 7.69%, 3.50%, 1.07%, 55.02%, 17.66%, 8.79% and 4.34% ; those in the dry cochineal insects cultivated in autumn-winter were 6.57%, 8.21%, 0. 85%, 50. 22%, 19.42%, 8.36% and 4.96%. Although the contents of the chemical compositions are various for the cochineal insects of different generations, there is no obvious difference in content of carminic acid between different generations. Therefore, cochineal insects of these three generations can be used for extraction of carminic acid.
